Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Femiti Consults. Femiti Consults is a service of Afamilia Consults Ltd., a company incorporated in Nigeria. All contracts entered through this platform are with Afamilia Consults Ltd.

1. The service

Femiti Consults provides compliance services, online training (Femiti Academy), and research services through this platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the security of your credentials. Organisation administrators are responsible for seats they assign.

3. Payments

Course and service fees are stated in Nigerian Naira and processed by our payment providers. Fees are non-refundable once a course is substantially accessed, except as required by law.

4. Certificates

Certificates evidence course completion and can be verified publicly by serial code. They do not constitute legal advice or a regulatory endorsement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other organisations' data, or resell content without a licence.

6. Liability

The platform is provided with reasonable skill and care. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, to the extent permitted by law.
