Femiti Consults is a service of Afamilia Consults Ltd., a Nigerian company. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), Afamilia Consults Ltd. is the data controller responsible for the personal data processed through Femiti Consults products and services. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), learning records (enrolments, quiz scores, certificates), billing records, and, for compliance clients, engagement records you provide. We collect only what each purpose requires.
Why we process it
To deliver training and certificates (contract), to run compliance engagements (contract), to meet our own legal obligations, and (only with consent) to send you updates.
Where your data lives
Personal data is stored in AWS af-south-1 (Cape Town). Transfers outside the region are documented with an appropriate safeguard.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure of your data at any time by writing to privacy@femiti.com. We respond within the statutory window.
Retention
We keep records only as long as each purpose requires and delete them on documented schedules.
